What is the U3A?

The U3A enables retired and semi-retired people to come together and learn together, not for qualifications but for its own reward - the sheer joy of discovery! Members share their skills and life experiences - the learners teach and the teachers learn, and there is no distinction between them.

The Moseley, Kings Heath and District U3A serves the south west of Birmingham.

Our first lunch outing for almost 2 years has been arranged for

WEDNESDAY 10 NOVEMBER (about 12.30, but time to be confirmed) at the UCB – formerly the College of Food – on Summer Hill in the city centre and we are able to offer places to people who are not already signed up to the Lunch Group.

Would you like to go to free (no cost) jazz sessions at the Symphony Hall but were worried about going on your own ? Theresa Daly is going and is happy to accompany U3A members.
